The short answer? It depends. If you’re looking for a snack to satisfy your hunger without a sugar crash, then bananas do just as good a job as cookies — not a very good one. Does this mean you should grab a cookie instead of a banana from now on? I’d say not. Bananas still provide us with more nutrients than cookies.
