What’s meant by “perceptible by our senses” is that a frequency falls within the ranges of our senses (i.e. we can see it, and/or hear it and/or taste it and/or smell it and/or touch it). There is a lot of things in our world that our senses cannot detect, but still exist. Electricity, radio waves, and ultraviolet waves come to mind. In this context, like vibration attracts vibration means that we attract things that are vibrating on the same frequency that we vibrate at. How do we know what frequency we’re vibrating at? The answer lies in how we feel. Feeling appreciative, for example, vibrates at a different frequency than feeling sad. In fact, we vibrate on a whole spectrum of frequencies, directly correlating to how we feel. On one end of the spectrum, there are feelings such as love, appreciation, happiness, and optimism. On the other end of the spectrum, there are feelings such as hate, anger, sadness and pessimism. And there’s a whole bunch of frequencies (i.e. feelings) that fall in between.
Quickest way to manifest, or is it?
With this understanding, the quickest way to manifest anything you want in life, then, is to get on the vibrational frequency of whatever it is you want before getting it. So if you want money, for example, then you have to feel abundant before the manifestation of money comes. If you want to find love, then you have the feel love and feel loved. And so on and so forth. In other words, you have to feel good about whatever desire you want before you want it. While this advice is spot on in regards to helping you achieve your dreams, reality can sometimes be quite different. Case in point, how easy is it for you to feel abundant when the first of the month rolls around and a whole whack load of bills come in? Or how can you get in the frequency of feeling love when it seems like you’re the only person in the world, who is single on Valentine’s Day? How healthy can you feel when you’re in any sort of pain? It’s very tough. Not only can it bring you down about that particular subject, but it can also bring you down, period. So, is there a remedy for this all too common issue? Fortunately, there is, and that’s what this Life Hack article is about.
Riding the vibrational wave
I call it riding the vibrational wave, and it goes like this. Find a way to feel good about anything other than your object(s) of desire and then ride that good feeling into the object of desire. So, if it’s money you desire and you feel negative about money, then shift your focus and make an effort to feel good about something else, that’s easier to feel good about. Maybe you like your job, or your kids, or your home or the way you look, or maybe you like watching Sunday Football. It doesn’t matter really. Once you’re in a good state then (and only then) come back to the subject of money. And when you do, be careful not to jump into an area of that subject that has a high negative emotional charge. Keeping with the example of money, if you get down every time you pay your bills, don’t pay your bills right after getting yourself in a good feeling place. Find something else about the subject of money that you at least feel neutral about (ideally you’d like to visit an aspect of money that you feel good about, if possible). And then start to think about money in such a way that makes you feel good. Examples can include, “I have a steady income ensuring that I can at least pay for the fundamentals of life” or “Money is the engine of a lot of amazing things in this world including; charity, medicine, academic research, helping people etc.” or “Money has given me many amazing experiences in my life like vacations and schooling and times out with friends”. You get the point. You can do this with any subject matter. If you desire a relationship, then don’t think about your crummy ex-partners, for example. Go more general, and think about your amazing friendships (a relationship is still a relationship) or think about the times your life was enriched through interactions with other people, or go online and find 20 people (on a dating website) who is of potential interest to you. Again, focus on an aspect of relationships that is at least neutral if not positive. When it comes to your health, once you feel good, start focusing on the parts of your body that are going right. Maybe you can walk with no problem, or your senses are all working wonderfully, or you can go to the washroom by yourself, or the fact that all of your organs are working in perfect order without any input from you. The things to appreciate about your body are almost endless if you give it a little bit of thought.
How to raise your vibration
So how do you get to a place of feeling good? Well, there are many ways to do that. Appreciation for the things you have in your life is one of the quickest and easiest ways. Taking even 5 minutes to write down everything you appreciate in your life will have a big effect. There are other ways as well. The following article highlights 33 ways in which you can feel good (or raise your vibration in the law of attraction speak). Examples include getting outside in nature for a while, trying something new, unplugging (after reading this article of course), and more. You’ll start to notice a shift in how you feel, and once you do, then you can ride the wave to the object of your desire. And if you follow the advice in this article, then you’ll start to notice a shift in how you feel about that particular subject in general. You’ll start to feel a little more positively about money, and a little more optimistically about relationships and a little more hopeful about your health, and that’s exactly what you want. It will start small, but if you keep it up, you’ll start to feel better and better, and soon enough, you’ll have a positive outlook on your objects of desire, at which point you’re well on your way to manifesting those desires.
