The old hammock is due for an upgrade. It’s prone to moisture and lacks mobility for camping trips. The redesigned Alpine hammock aims to address all the issues that are preventing outdoor enthusiasts from bringing a set on expeditions. One of the first things that was changed was the material. The traditional net material was thrown out the window and replaced with a waterproof, sturdy cloth.
This is more practical for trips wherein insects are present. Furthermore, it can withstand cold temperatures and light rain. For easy setup, the designers opted for an adjustable frame, allowing users to use sticks, trees or virtually anything sturdy that the clips can hang on to. The camping hammock can also be used on the ground, incase there are no trees around the site. What do you think about the new design of the Alpine hammock? Share your thoughts with us.
